I’m Gagan Sharma, a full stack web developer and SEO specialist based in Surrey, British Columbia. My work includes building Django applications and practical web tools. ScriptZip brings that experience into useful tools and programming guides designed to make everyday development tasks easier.

The Infrastructure

Server-side processing with explicit limits

The public tools use Django views and Python services to process submitted text. Paste and upload limits are enforced by the individual forms; the common code and data upload limit is currently 1 MB.

Each tool uses the processor implemented for that task. Some processors use standard parsers, while lightweight code minifiers and the JavaScript obfuscator use documented text-based transformations. The interface never executes submitted JSON or JavaScript as application code.

Most public tools send the submitted text to the Django application over HTTPS, process it for the current request, and return the result. The application does not create a reusable content record for those pasted values, but ordinary infrastructure logs and operational telemetry may still exist, so do not submit credentials or other secrets.

ScriptZip.io is engineered and maintained by Netvibes Infotech Ltd. to give web developers focused utilities for daily code and data tasks.

The ScriptZip engineering team maintains the Django application, processor behavior, technical documentation, and deployment guidance. No individual writer or reviewer is named unless that role is recorded in the project.

The public single-file tools process each submitted request without creating a reusable content record. Website ZIP Optimizer follows a separate paid workflow with private temporary files and an explicit retention window.

Request-scoped tools

Ordinary pasted values are not written to reusable tool-content records. Hosting and security logs may still record request metadata.

Data Processing Standards

Our Continuous Core Commitments

Ordinary tool input

Pasted inputs for the public single-file tools are processed for the request and are not intentionally saved as tool content records. Website ZIP Optimizer is different: uploaded archives and generated results use private temporary storage for the configured retention window.

HTTPS transport

The preferred public origin uses HTTPS. Certificate, proxy, CDN, and firewall settings remain hosting controls and must be monitored as part of deployment.

Processor-specific output

Standard parsers are used where implemented; lightweight minifiers and obfuscation use documented text transformations. Output still requires application testing.
