ScriptZip.io is an engineering toolkit developed by Netvibes Infotech Ltd. to provide server-processed code minification, data formatting, conversion, and utility workflows through a browser interface.
We provide these services entirely "As Is" and "As Available." We reserve the right to alter, modify, suspend, or terminate individual utility modules, configurations, or structural features at any time without prior notification.
Website ZIP Optimizer is a guest-accessible paid service. Its current page states the one-time price, currency, processable-file allowance, upload limits, and retention window before checkout. Payment does not create a subscription.
When you submit data strings or configurations to ScriptZip.io, you grant the Platform a temporary, limited license to transmit and parse the data through our server-side processors solely to execute the requested utility function. Your source data remains your exclusive intellectual property.
You strictly represent and warrant that any code, data arrays, or text strings you submit do not contain live production database credentials, unencrypted API keys, or malicious scripts designed to cause remote code execution (RCE) or resource starvation on our Django backend nodes.
The free eligibility scan is an estimate based on the uploaded archive. Optimization begins only after ScriptZip receives a valid payment confirmation from Stripe. A browser success redirect by itself is not proof of payment.
A paid job covers the single eligible archive associated with that checkout. Already-minified files and approved static assets may be preserved unchanged; blocked, unsafe, encrypted, malformed, server-side, executable, secret, or unsupported files may be excluded. Results are temporary and must be downloaded before expiry.
If a verified paid job fails before a result can be created, contact support with the private job reference. We will review processing and payment records and determine an appropriate retry or refund under applicable consumer law. We do not promise a refund merely because minification savings are small or because a customer did not download the result before expiry.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Netvibes Infotech Ltd. explicitly disclaims all warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee that our tools will be entirely free of structural parsing bugs, execution glitches, or logic syntax variation errors.
In no event shall Netvibes Infotech Ltd., its engineering leads, or corporate directors be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of corporate profits, operational data corruption, production application crashes, system downtime, or client service interruptions resulting from your reliance on our tools, formatting engines, or utility outputs.
The structural designs, CSS sheets, compilation wrappers, logo branding icons, custom vanilla JavaScript handler engines, and semantic layout properties utilized across ScriptZip.io are the exclusive intellectual property of Netvibes Infotech Ltd. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or steal our backend architecture styles without explicit legal licensing agreements.
Any legal disputes, structural compliance issues, or claims arising from the execution or use of ScriptZip.io shall be governed strictly by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada, without giving effect to any conflict of law parameters. You explicitly consent to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within British Columbia for the resolution of any legal actions.
We may modify these Terms and Conditions at our single discretion as we expand our programmatic systems or refine platform features. Your continued use of the Platform following any published adjustments constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated terms.
